Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Returns

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
